Vamos Expeditions contributes taxes to the Peruvian government to help develop our country’s economy and pays honest wages to all its employees on a regular basis.
Vamos Expeditions believe in responsible travel and is committed to treating porters on the Inca trail and alternative treks with respect and care.

Many companies mistreat porters. Vamos Expeditions is aware of this awful common practice and committed to treating each porter with the most respect.

Beside our responsible way of operating is Vamos Expeditions supporting two social projects that help extremely deprived children in Peru. You can visit these projects while you are in Cusco, help voluntary or make donations for them.

- CHILDREN HOTELS CUSCO
Vamos Expeditions supports and recommends passengers to stay at one of the Ninos hotels in Cusco, Peru. All profits from Ninos hotels are used to give 500 extremely neglected children from Cusco a hot meal on daily basis, a warm shower, medical and dental assistance, homework support and sports lessons.

- KUYCHI CHARITY PROJECT IN THE SACRED VALLEY
The Kuychi Charity project focuses on offering a future to extremely deprived children who are exposed to many risks as a result of great poverty. This poverty leads to alcoholism (industrial alcohol) and broken families. Add to this the lack of hygiene, medical care, food, schooling and, above all, love and you have the causes of the terrible predicament Peruvian children and young people find themselves in today.

Vamos Expeditions supports this project that tries to help through offering a total educative, psychological and health program to children, their parents and other members of the community in and around Urubamba.
